# AIUGC Video Workflow for Claude Code

Two commands: `/aiugc-video-workflow` makes AI UGC video ads for your app end to end; `/ugc-edit-workflow` edits real creator footage into finished UGC or Meta ads.

Open Claude Code in this folder and paste:

> Set up the AIUGC Video Workflow from this folder: run install.sh, check that the tools listed in SETUP.md are present, install any that are missing, and tell me what you still need from me.

Then read SETUP.md for the one thing only you can do (Treg access) and what to have ready.
